Business Development Manager

Big Bad Booth works with some of the world’s biggest brands and agencies to create engaging and innovative photo experiences. We aim to blur the lines between technology, photography, and art. We believe strongly in the power of experiential storytelling, through social media, to help brands connect with their customers. We are a small startup who has proven our market and are now entering our internal growth stage.

Big Bad Booth is seeking a Business Development Manager who will create partnerships and help drive revenue with brands and agencies worldwide.  This role is designed for somebody who has a proven track record of seeking out new business prospects, managing accounts, and being a customer advocate. We need a "master of the cold call" who can also contribute ideas for new and existing clients.  

You will work hand in hand with our Founder to develop, create, and scale our partnerships and outbound sales strategies.


  • Develop and build relationships with brand sand agencies to meet and exceed annual sales targets
  • Generate scalable strategies for growing partnerships and outbound sales
  • Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities that drive team revenue
  • Assist with the hiring of Account Executives and work to help them hit their goals
  • Attend industry events with an eye toward developing strategic relationships


  • You have 3-5+ years experience in partnerships, experiential marketing, sales, event production or business development
  • You have a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding goals
  • You have a knack for creativity with strong presentation and communication skills
  • You enjoy attending events, love meeting new people and look to seek out new relationships
  • You have experience working with brands and agencies; professional and/or personal connections, a plus
  • You’re self-motivated, ambitious, and optimistic
  • You exude confidence, swagger, and knowledge
